low-income families. It is also faster than a traditional build since the pre-cast concrete molds cure overnight,

making the process go faster than a traditional build. Many apartment complexes are also made with Waffle-Crete because of it's durability. It can withstand tsunamis, tornadoes, hurricanes, and tropical storms. Structures can also be raised off the ground if the area is in a flood zone. Waffle-Crete residential houses keep the house cool during the day and warm during the night due to concrete holding in heat. Plumbing, heating, air, and electricity can be added in this housing style and secured with insulation.
