To Whom it may concern, 
Before deciding on the Waffle Crete system, we investigated every type of construction available.  
We compared Cast In Place forms, Insulated concrete forms, Concrete block, Structural Insulated Panels,
 Sandwich panels, and even 3D printing.  It was clear that Waffle Crete is better at placing concrete
 more efficiently, than any of the other options.   Hurricanes have been hitting the region more frequently, 
and stronger, than at any time in our history, and we must build  to withstand the new normal.  
We are also subject to earthquakes, and again, Waffle Crete fared better in Seismic testing than the other methods
 available to us. Rather than trying to reduce the cost of construction by building using materials incapable
 of withstanding the environmental conditions we experience, it makes more sense to build the home using 5000psi 
concrete, but doing it more efficiently than any other method.  Waffle Crete gives us the strength 
of an 8" wall, floor, or roof, while using less than 50% of the material.  

Waffle Crete is the fastest, strongest, cleanest way to build these homes, while also reducing costs.
